As a member of the docs team, I have been researching how the docs team makes Rosetta sites aware of new end-user documentation articles.
The focus is entirely on the notification issue and not on how to translate or what tools to use for translation.
Goal: Add a way to notify polyglots teams when the docs team adds new or updates articles within wordpress.org/documentation/.
