I’m the author of the HivePress plugin with 7,000+ active installations – we had a few volunteers who submitted the translation, but we can’t find PTEs for a few locales so these are waiting for approval for a long, long time.

I understand that the locale editors are also volunteers, but if there was any way to speed this up (e.g. by paying for the editor’s time to review the strings or making an equal donation to the WordPress non-profit fund) it would be great.
