Dear Poliglots I am adding a whole lot of standard translations into plugin and theme projects. They all have to be approved by a PTE/GTE which is a lot of unnecessary work as they all are the same every time (standardized library)
I would like to get overall PTE (GPTE) access to themes and plugins.
That would save time for mostly @nekojonez, so he can use the saved time to help new translators.
